Our Team
The START Services team is comprised of accomplished professionals including former CEOs and managers, founders of non-profit and for-profit organizations, retired military law enforcement professionals as well as top NGO and government emergency management personnel.
START Services is led by executive team and supported by a board that includes principals of foundations, NGOs, major corporations, donor agencies and academia.

Value Added
START is currently working in the following regions:
- Middle East-including Jerusalem West Bank and Gaza—Capacity building and emergency assistance for war affected populace. Education and training for displaced people and refugees. Risk assessments and safety training and support for NGOs operating in ME.
- East Africa including Tanzania—Education support including direct support with books , supplies and meals in various schools in Tanzania and S Sudan as well as supporting school construction programs, training, and performing remote water drilling and medical projects in high risk conflict zones.
- Horn of Africa-including Sudan—Remote water and hygiene, medical and education projects-safety risk assessments, training and support. Maritime and aviation security risk management analysis, solutions and assessments for humanitarian deliveries to high risk zones.
- Balkans, Eastern Europe, Greece—Border and maritime risk analysis and capacity building-economic immigration control, human rights, safety risk assessments and technology solutions to improve humanitarian solutions.
- South Asia and North Africa—Focusing on remote and rural health care solutions to include Telemedicine, and supporting logistics and training solutions for conflict zones including evacuations and refugee/IDP support.
- Latin America-Risk assessments and risk mitigation and training in border areas—also exploring health care projects and pursuit of anti-trafficking and human rights solutions in Guatemala and Peru.
